Natalie graduated with honors and distinction from the Canadian School of Osteopathy (CSO) after completing a Certificate in Higher Education in Osteopathic Studies at the University College of Osteopathy (UCO), formerly the British School of Osteopathy (BSO), in England. Highlighting her commitment to excellence, her exceptional academic performance earned her the BSO prize for the Best Overall Performance and recognition from the CSO for her outstanding thesis for the advancement of Osteopathy in the field of clinical research: The Effects of Global Osteopathic Treatment on Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders of Gut-Brain Interaction.
She is actively involved in training and mentoring students as a Clinic Supervisor at the Canadian School of Osteopathy, nurturing the next generation of health professionals. She finds immense joy in sharing her knowledge and experiences, ensuring that compassion and expertise go hand in hand.

Juliet is a dedicated and compassionate naturopathic practitioner with a wealth of experience in holistic healthcare. She obtained her Naturopathic Medicine degree from Bastyr University, where she also completed her clinical training at The Bastyr Center for Natural Health. Since 2005, Juliet has been in private practice in British Columbia and is licensed by the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia.
Beyond her academic achievements, Juliet’s journey in healthcare has been diverse and impactful. Following her time in Ecuador, where she volunteered at a school for indigenous children, she developed a profound interest in counseling and social work. Juliet’s work with medicinal plants and her experience as a social worker for children and teens with cerebral palsy and developmental disabilities significantly shaped her understanding of the interconnectedness between physical and emotional well-being. This realization led her to embrace Naturopathic Medicine as a holistic and compassionate approach to healthcare.
Juliet’s commitment to expanding her skill set is evident through her additional training in various therapeutic modalities. She has studied Craniosacral Therapy, Fascial Rebalancing, Visceral Manipulation, and Somato-Emotional Release with esteemed institutions like the Upledger Institute and The Integrative Bodywork Institute. Additionally, she has incorporated elements from diverse practices such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Chakra balancing techniques, Pranic healing, BioFeedback, Guided Imagery Relaxation Techniques, Neurolinguistic Programming, and Linking Awareness animal communication classes. Her expertise extends to working with infants, children, and adolescents, specializing in digestive health and structural rebalancing.
Juliet’s versatility extends beyond her clinical skills. Fluent in Spanish, she effectively communicates with diverse populations. As a mother of two intelligent and talented daughters, she continually learns and grows from observing them. Juliet embraces her artistic spirit and has honed her talents as a vocalist and dancer throughout her life. During her free time, she finds solace in reading, immersing herself in nature, gardening, working with The Singing Horse Herd, and cherishing moments with her loved ones.

Alex, a native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, possesses a rich background in holistic healing and martial arts. From an early age, he encountered the esteemed master Liu Ming, under whose tutelage he gained expertise in acupressure Tui Na massage and internal martial arts like Chen Style Tai Chi, Yiquan, Baguazhang, and Qi Gong. Relocating to Vancouver in 2016, he dedicated himself to becoming a proficient Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Registered Acupuncturist.
Drawing upon his extensive experience, Alex skillfully integrates mindfulness into his practice, fostering deep presence and providing attentive care to his patients. His approach to treatment is characterized by warmth and integration, tailoring each session to address individual needs.
Alex offers a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, encompassing Tui Na Massage Therapy (acupressure/deep tissue), Acupuncture rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostics and treatment strategies, Cupping (with or without needles), Electro-stimulation Acupuncture, and Gua Sha (scraping).
Passionate about his work, Alex finds particular gratification in treating sport injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, chronic or acute pain, insomnia, digestive issues, and emotional imbalances. His ultimate aim is to guide his patients towards a sense of centeredness, tranquility, and present-moment awareness after every session.

With over a decade of experience in the fitness and rehabilitation field, Duarte has established himself as a trusted expert.
Duarte’s career began in cardiac rehabilitation, where he worked in various hospitals and community centers in the Lower Mainland. This early experience allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the human body and its response to exercise and rehabilitation techniques.
Seeking to broaden his knowledge and skills, Duarte sought additional rehabilitation experience by collaborating with occupational therapists and sports physiotherapists. This hands-on work allowed him to expand his expertise and integrate various therapeutic approaches into his practice.
Driven by his commitment to delivering comprehensive care, Duarte joined a private multidisciplinary medical clinic as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Here, he focused on corrective rehabilitation, fitness testing, and lifestyle consulting, catering to clients of all ages and backgrounds. Through his diligent efforts, Duarte honed his abilities to develop personalized rehabilitation programs that fostered long-lasting results.
